Archive Information System

The Archive Information System(AIS) is a Microsoft .Net based Web Application.  Developed to replace the legacy client-server architecture of the same name.  The application was written under .Net 1.1 using C# on the server and utilising javascript to provide a richer interface.  Connections from Web Server to the Database server were established via customised ODBC as the existing third party Database supplier and drivers did not support ADO.  The application has since been migrated to .Net 2.0 .
